Any agreement as between the Distributor and you as a purchaser, and in relation to any sale and purchase, of SLV Tokens (as referred to in this White Paper) is to be governed by only a separate document setting out the terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) of such an agreement. In the event of any inconsistencies between the Terms and Conditions and this White Paper, the former shall prevail.
